Sourcing the gold

It is alloyed to the karat and tone you choose, then drawn into wire of an exact gauge: thick enough to wear every day, fine enough to fall softly.

  1. Gold wire drawn through a steel drawplate and coiled on a mandrel into small jump rings.

Design and model

Cable, rope, box, figaro or curb: the link is chosen for the drape you want, and a sample length is worn before the full chain is started.

Craftsmanship

Links are formed, joined and soldered one by one. The chain is stretched, checked for kinks along its full length and polished until it runs smooth through the fingers.
